US State Privacy Rights

US privacy rights vary by state. TallyMigo intends to provide a consistent privacy request process for all US users, including users in states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws.

Rights we aim to support

• Access: ask what personal information we have about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate account information.
• Deletion: ask us to delete personal information, subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention limits.
• Portability: ask for an export of your business records.
• Opt out: opt out of sale or targeted advertising if those activities are ever introduced.
• Appeal: ask us to review a denied privacy request where applicable law provides that right.

California notice

For California users, TallyMigo does not sell personal information and does not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the beta product. California users may request access, deletion, correction, and information about categories of personal information collected, used, and shared.

Sensitive data

Financial records, bank transaction data, tax notes, and receipt images may be sensitive. We use this information to provide the app features requested by the user and to protect the service.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@tallymigo.com with your account email and request type. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Authorized agents

Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and account verification.
